  1. Patachou is just overpriced food, cooked in cheap junk oils, mostly from low/non-ethically sourced providers. Napolese Pizza they got right, in terms of finished product, but Patachou/Petite, and Public Greens are junk.

    1. TN. must not be from around here… the food is overpriced no doubt but it’s far from junk. The coffee is great too.

    2. @Jaron, the coffee is Hubbard and Cravens. My understanding is Hoover and the HC owner go way back.

    3. Fair enough point Jaron – I probably should have went with “disappointing”, rather than “junk”. There are a few somewhat ok items, but when considering the price/aesthetic/hype, it’s a shame that they use the type of ingredients that they do, type of meats, etc., that just end up being a letdown. even the little things that are easy, like watching them spoon out Smuckers jelly as their “home made jam” is just sad.
