I dont think this is accurate: “Most of the crowd at the Thursday hearing was in support of the school, some wearing purple “Girls IN STEM” T-Shirts.” There was a slight majority; also I am sure the charter school people have unlimited funds to turn people out in the middle of the work day for a zoning hearing. Also, two city counselors also spoke against the rezoning, which was not noted.
