A $100 million office park in Fishers that has been a dream of an Indianapolis developer for a decade will be anchored by USA Funds.

Edgeworth Laskey Properties LLC plans to announce today that USA Funds will lease 30,000 square feet in one of five buildings designed for the 26-acre site, which is west of Interstate 69 and south of 106th Street.

USA Funds, which guarantees student loans, is headquartered in Fishers but has the Indianapolis address of 10475 Crosspoint Boulevard.

The park, called Concourse at Crosspoint, will have 600,000 square feet of Class A space in buildings with three, five and six stories each.

Ground has been broken and the park will open next year, Edgeworth Laskey said. The project is being financed by Busey Bank, which is based in Urbana, Ill.

“It’s the right place and the right time for this project,” Edgeworth Laskey Principal John Edgeworth said in a statement. “The fact that we were able to secure financing in today’s environment speaks to how well the project is capitalized, the quality of the location, and the fact that the Fishers market is underserved when it comes to true Class A office space.”

In October, Edgeworth Laskey opened Lake Pointe Center 5, an office park at I-465 and Allisonville Road.

USA Funds was represented by Sam Smith and Eric Kemp of Resource Commercial Real Estate.
