We’ve been warned about health risks that come with not exercising, but Swedish doctors now write in the British
Journal of Sports Medicine
that it’s also dangerous to simply sit.

Sitting, the docs say, minimizes
use of muscles. And that leads to obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Read the Bloomberg story here.

If you work at a desk, they advise, take breaks and get up and
move around.
