Subscribe NowIndianapolis police believe carbon monoxide fumes from a generator killed an east-side Indianapolis man and his dog late Sunday night. Police say a friend stopped by the man’s home near Emerson Avenue and English Avenue about 10 p.m. and found 45-year-old Brian D. Beckley and his dog dead. The friend told police that the man did not have electricity in the home and was using a generator for power.
