-The Vineyard Community Church renewed its lease for 20,800 square feet at Two Metroplex, 8383 Craig St. The landlord, Two Metro LLC, and tenant were represented by Ted McClure of McClure Commercial and Industrial Real Estate.

-Los Compadres Supermarket leased 18,000 square feet at Castleton Village, 82nd and Craig streets. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s Jeff Roberts. The tenant represented itself.

-The Consultants Consortium Inc. leased 8,074 square feet of office space at Landmark Center, 1099 N. Meridian St. The tenant was represented by Brooke Augustin of NAI Olympia Partners. The landlord, Landmark Ventures LLC, was represented by John Vandenbark of CB Richard Ellis.

-CDC Logistics Inc. leased 6,906 square feet at 4625 W. 86th St. The tenant was represented by Joe Lonnemann and Matt Jackson of Halakar Real Estate. The landlord, North by Northwest AB Biynah LLC, was represented by Michael Weishaar and Todd Vannatta of Cassidy Turley.
