An Indianapolis father remains in police custody after leading officers on a car chase with speeds up to 90 mph with a toddler
in his back seat. An off-duty officer spotted 29-year-old Douglas Reynolds speeding and weaving in and out of traffic Thursday
night around East Washington and North Rural streets. Reynolds eventually crashed into a fire hydrant near East 25th Street
and North Mitthoeffer Road. That's when pursuing police discovered the 2-year-old, unharmed.
