Subscribe NowKite Realty Group Trust has landed Goodwill, Dollar Tree and Mexico City Grill for a renovation of its Fishers Station shopping center at the northeast corner of 116th Street and Allisonville Road in Fishers.
An updated site plan of the Marsh-anchored center shows a 15,250-square-foot Goodwill store near the Marsh and a Dollar Tree on the other end of the center. Businesses occupying outlots at the shopping center include Midas, Key Bank and Arby’s.

Fishers Station isn’t the only local center Kite is remodeling to add new anchor tenants. IBJ reported in June that the locally based real estate investment trust is adding space for a Nordstrom Rack, Container Store and BuyBuy Baby to its Shops at Rivers Edge center along East 82nd Street at Dean Road.
