Kirmille Welbon was arrested on a battery charge Sunday night after police say she got into a fight with another woman outside a home on the Indianapolis northwest side. Welbon claimed she was having an affair with the woman’s husband, which he denies. She was fired Thursday. A special prosecutor is handling the case against her.
