The Virginia-based publicly traded company has leased 20,000 square feet at 9025 N. River Road, which is also home to the local offices of home builder Ryland Homes.
The company will hold an official opening ceremony on Wednesday, led by Strayer’s CEO Robert Silberman and Indiana Rep. Cindy Noe (R-Indianapolis).
Strayer University offers bachelor's and master's degrees in eight fields: accounting, business, criminal justice, education, health services administration, human resource management, information systems and public administration.
Strayer Education has 90 campuses around the country, with enrollment of 56,000 students.
The company is in the midst of opening eight campuses this year, in such cities as Cincinnati, Dallas and Milwaukee, Wis.
Last year, Strayer earned a profit of $131.3 million on revenue of $636.7 million.
