Brandon and Annie Riggs of Kokomo have admitted to authorities to taking more than $10,000 in cash and drugs in exchange for their 4-month-old baby in 2009, according to court documents. The couple allegedly sold the child to their drug dealers, identified as Stephen and Melissa Lynch. Stephen Lynch is in the Howard County jail; Brandon Riggs is in the Cass County jail on unrelated charges. Authorities now are looking for Melissa Lynch and Annie Riggs. The child is in protective custody.
