An Indianapolis man was arrested after the death of a motorcyclist on Interstate 465 late Sunday night on the north side. Kevin Scott Davis, 24, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, causing serious bodily injury or death. Police say Davis was traveling at a high rate of speed in the center lane of westbound I-465 between Meridian Street and Michigan Road at about 11:30 p.m. when his Honda passenger car rear-ended a motorcycle driven by Todd Klebes, 41. Klebes, of Indianapolis, was forced off the road and died at the scene.
