Raybourn Group International, an association management company, plans to expand its corporate headquarters in Indianapolis and add as many as 35 workers over the next nine years, the company announced Tuesday.

The company said it will spend $326,000 to construct and equip a 4,000-square-foot addition to its existing 6,500-square-foot facility at 9100 Purdue Road, near the Pyramids office complex on the city’s northwest side.

Raybourn, which currently has 26 full-time employees in Indiana, expects the headquarters project to be completed by 2018, allowing it to expand its services for new and existing clients.

The company, which has additional employees in Chicago, Tennessee and South Carolina, said it will begin local hiring for executive, marketing, communication, membership services, education and administration positions in spring 2015.

The Indiana Economic Development Corpo. said it offered Raybourn up to $375,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $47,500 in training grants based on the job-creation plans.

Founded in 1988, Raybourn provides training programs, financial management, membership development, marketing and conference planning to national and international not-for-profit associations.

The company represents more than 60,000 association members in 107 countries.
