Gov. Mike Pence has informed state workers that those who get positive performance reviews for their work will receive pay raises.
Pence said Monday that employees who meet expectations will receive 2 percent pay raises, those who exceed expectations will receive 4 percent raises and those who receive ratings of outstanding will get a 6 percent raise.
Pence says he was pleased to authorize the pay-for-performance increases to recognize state employees' work, thanking them "for a job well done in 2014."
Workers will receive their performance reviews in January.
