The U.S. Conference of Mayors announced that each of the presidential candidates has been invited to address its June 24-27 meeting at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis. It's unclear whether any of the candidates will appear.
Newly elected London Mayor Sadiq Khan, the first Muslim to be elected mayor of a Western capital, also has been invited to address the meeting.
The conference also will release a report with economic forecasts for all 363 U.S. metropolitan areas.
Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is president of the nonpartisan organization for cities with populations of 30,000 or more.
