Renaissance, which sells dental, vision, life and disability plans, said it is looking for candidates with experience in a call center environment. The company said it is hiring 22 managers and 60 customer-service reps positions. The jobs will be housed at two Indianapolis locations, including an office the company opened in Southport in a former furniture store.
The company also plans to convert another 70 temporary staff to full-time positions. Altogether, Renaissance said the hiring binge will more than double its workforce. The company did not provide information on wages or benefits. The hiring coincides with the launch of a new line of Medicare Supplement plans in numerous states.
The hiring fair will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at 225 S. East St., Suite 360. Candidates can send their resumes in advance to humanresources@renaissancefamily.com.
The company said it also recently opened new group sales offices in Texas and Nevada.
