Five hospitals in northeast
The hospitals are part of Triad’s Lutheran Health Network. They include Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, St. Joseph Hospital and Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne; also Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw and Bluffton Regional Medical Center in Bluffton.
Publicly traded Triad can solicit other offers for 40 days.
The Goldman Sachs unit is GS Capital Partners, and the JPMorgan Chase arm is CCMP Capital Advisors.
