    1. Sorry, but you already used the Ann quote a few weeks ago. The Reality is, if they tested for all drugs including legal prescriptions, then the answer would be 100% drugs in their systems.
      This AP article used bits and pieces of info from around the country to weave a negative story on only THC and alcohol.

    2. As long as the IMPD fails to do traffic stops to enforce traffic laws…it doesn’t matter in Indianapolis.
