Tadd Miller
Bio
Tadd Miller is a cofounder and CEO of Milhaus. In the real estate industry, Miller has led the development, finance, and construction of urban multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout the Midwest, Carolinas, Florida, and Oklahoma totaling over $1 billion. His real estate experience originated in central Indiana and his vision and business ventures have since led to the renaissance of downtown living in Indianapolis.
Miller’s many recognitions include the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Who’s Who Behind the Scenes in Real Estate” 2005 and 2010, IBJ’s “40 Under 40” 2008, and the Urban Land Institute’s “40 Under 40” 2016. He is also a full member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and sits on multiple councils for the Urban Land Institute. Now residing in Indianapolis, Miller received his Bachelor’s in Urban Planning and Development from Ball State University, attended Harvard Business School for the Executive Education Series, received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and most recently, his Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University.

Isaac Bamgbose is the Founder and CEO of New City Development, an Indianapolis-based real estate firm recognized among the top 25 developers in Indiana. He leads the creation of place-made, mixed-use projects that shape how people live, work, and connect—integrating retail, restaurants, multifamily, office, hospitality, and public spaces. Each project is tailored to its community while maintaining high standards of design, execution, and long-term impact.
With a track record of steering complex developments from vision through delivery, Isaac is known for combining strategic foresight with an ability to navigate capital markets, public-private partnerships, and multi-stakeholder negotiations. His portfolio includes transformative projects across Central Indiana such as Hobbs Station in Plainfield, NOVA on Meridian near the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, and Padgett Commons in Whitestown.
Named to the IBJ’s 40 Under 40 for his impact on the region’s growth and innovation, Isaac also serves on the board of Herron Classical Schools, contributing expertise in strategic planning and long-term institutional development. An engaged civic leader, he is committed to advancing economic development and cultural vibrancy across the region.

After working in Investment Banking for J.P. MORGAN in New York and Chicago, Betsy joined Steve (also her father) and together started Henke Development Group to pursue unique projects. She brings both her financial background and artistic side to helping develop plans, marketing, branding, social media and events. She enjoys jogging (often can be found on the trails through Chatham), yoga and time with family, her husband Jeff and son, Jack.

Jeff Milliken, AIA, is a creative designer of hospitality, lifestyle, and mixed-use projects at RATIO Design. His extensive experience includes high-profile, ambitious projects such as the Ironworks Hotel, Bottleworks Hotel, Dual Brand Hyatt Hotel, IU Health New Downtown Hospital, and the IU Indy J.T. Morris Arena.
For Jeff, architecture is about authenticity and creating spaces that resonate with people. He believes today’s hotel guests seek genuine, meaningful experiences, so he looks to a site’s history to enhance the guest experience.

Justin Moffett
Bio
Justin founded Old Town Design Group with partner Jeff Langston in 2009. Their initial vision of a home building company that exclusively builds in outstanding locations with timelessly designed architecture quickly captured the market’s attention. Under their combined leadership, Old Town expanded beyond home building and has become one of the most diverse real estate companies in Central Indiana, leading the development of several noteworthy mixed-use projects, including Midtown Carmel, which transformed a former industrial yard into an award-winning community landmark.
In 2018, Justin shifted his professional focus to building a diversely talented team for the formation of Old Town Companies, which endeavors to pursue community-focused development projects that enrich the lives and well-being of our neighbors. Justin is a lifelong resident of Carmel and lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their four sons along the Monon Trail. In his free time, Justin is an avid runner, snow skier, and gardener, but leaves the weed pulling to his wife, for which he loves her dearly.

Scott Willis

Mayor Scott Willis was elected to his first term as Westfield's second mayor on November 7, 2023. He has been advancing Westfield since he took office on January 1, 2024. As a decorated U.S. Marine Colonel, a successful businessman, and a 20-year Westfield resident, Mayor Willis has brought a new and unique voice to the community.
His administration's four pillars include public safety excellence, accountability and transparency, quality growth and livability, and empowerment and continuous improvement.
Mayor Willis is committed to diversifying Westfield’s tax base, recruiting new businesses and jobs, being fiscally responsible and transparent, and strategically growing the city. His vision for Westfield's development is about growth and creating a vibrant and inclusive community for all. This is apparent in his vision for downtown Westfield, a four-phase approach to redevelopment and revitalization, including multiple parking garages and multi-use developments, and retaining the 'Restaurant Row' charm while making it more pedestrian-friendly.
His extensive community service, including roles as a Westfield City Councilor, Westfield Public Library board member, Student Impact board member, Westfield YMCA steering committee member, the President’s Council for Purdue University, past Chairman of the Westfield GOP Club, and involvement in several Veteran organizations, demonstrates his deep commitment to community involvement. Mayor Willis serves on the Board of Directors for the Marine Foundation and formerly on the board for Operation Job Ready Veterans, a non-profit organization that supports veterans transitioning from the military to corporate America. He is currently serving on the Executive Committee of Reserve Organization of America (ROA). ROA advocates Congress and the Department of Defense on all matters pertaining to the Military Reserve Components. Mayor Willis is also member of the VFW, Rotary, and the American Legion.
Scott and his wife, Stacey, have three children and enjoy family vacations, Purdue sports, and volunteering in the community.

John Vandenbark

John Vandenbark is a Managing Director of Agency Leasing on the Investor Services team and co-leads the market leading JLL Indianapolis Office Agency Leasing team that is responsible for over 16.5 million square feet of projects in both the suburban and CBD office markets. John’s market knowledge and ability to predict, understand and utilize market trends allow him to consistently exceed client expectations. His success with high-profile leases and large deal experience have gained John the reputation as one of the most respected brokers in Indianapolis.
Prior to joining JLL, John was Senior Vice President of CBRE’s Indianapolis Office Leasing Group where he specialized in Landlord and Tenant representation for the leasing and sale of office properties in the Indianapolis market. John and his team consistently rank first in the office for annual number of. During his time with CBRE, John was involved in over 1,800 transactions valued at over $1.7 Billion dollars. On multiple occasions John was named as one of the Top Five Producers for the CBRE Indianapolis office.
