Local engineering firm backing effort to turn garbage into ethanol

Indianapolis-based engineering and consulting giant RW Armstrong has become lead investor in an upstart ethanol firm that
would apply novel technology to make the automotive fuel without using corn as the key ingredient. It would be the first big
commercial plant in Indiana to make the alcohol fuel with so-called cellulosic material–the holy grail, of sorts, in the

Lafayette Square Mall could look a lot like the revitalized Glendale Town Center in a few years if the mall’s new owners get
their way. A proposed site plan shows that New York-based Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. doesn’t intend to settle for filling

In fewer than two years, workers have filed 30 lawsuits against their employers regarding fees charged to the employees’ 401(k) plan accounts. Half of the lawsuits have been filed by a single St. Louis law firm. Ten suits have been filed in Illinois.
