Maple Sturup LLC, the sister company of Master Station LLC, has proposed construction of a 16,280-square-foot, three-story office building at 11662 Maple St. The property is at the northeast corner of Maple Street and Station Street—a block north of East 116th Street.
Master Station LLC in 2016 built a roughly $800,000, 24,000-square-foot office building on city-owned property at 11634 Maple St, a half-block south of the proposed new project. The building was constructed after Master Station bought the then-vacant property for $5 from the Fishers Redevelopment Commission.
Justin Whelan, CEO and founder of Biechele Royce Advisors, led the previous project. He moved his financial advisory firm to the Master Station building from a building that once stood at 11662 Maple St.
The building that formerly housed his business was later demolished to open the property, which he owns, for future redevelopment, which is now being planned.
To incentivize the development, the Fishers City Council on Monday night voted to waive city fees associated with the project for up to 24 months. The agreement also allows Master Station to utilize the city’s stormwater detention system with no fee.
Construction is expected to begin in December.

Nice to know that we resident citizens of Fishers are going to have a hike in our taxes (both property and income) while developers are not being charged for the impacts they have on the community’s resources. This is getting extremely old to see…
