  1. Knowing the St. Vincent “leadership” and “powers that be,” I’m not surprised by the verdict and award one bit. Way to show them, Dr. Denman!

  2. As a retired Med Mal attorney, I am content that this doctor had the opportunity to obtain just ice. Too often in my active practice, I witnessed insurance companies and peer review groups give short-shrift to an ethical doctor’s claim of “best practices.”
