  1. This looks like the parcel where the former (and long since vacant) ADT office sat that was recently leveled. If I’m not mistaken the redevelopment of this site was given the go-ahead by Carmel planners and council several months ago so I’m not sure if this is old news or just puts a bow on what was already fait accompli.
