    1. Correct. The City and Legislature just expanded the PSDA, which increases the downtown area whose state and local tax dollars are used to fund BLF, LOS and the ICC. So fewer tax dollars from visitors are available to address the real issues of the City.

    1. It’s done so well that the Hoosier Dome debt is finally being paid off this year, and not because of ticket revenue.
