  1. Much needed. Hopefully it will give the IAC a chance to streamline their operations and introduce technology. My family adopted 2 cats recently and it was the most confusing, complex and disheartening process. Online applications not being returned, denial of adoption applications without any chance to respond to the denials, inaccurate information sheets on the animals, etc. etc. And when we finally adopted our two cats, one of them wasn’t even neutered. They literally gave us a cat that could go out and create more cats! We had to arrange with our vet that operation because the IAC wouldn’t return our calls to schedule the free neuter they promised… never thought I would type that sentence out! Ha!
