4 thoughts on “‘People are just angry’: Complaints against Indiana judicial officers reach 20-year high, stats show

  1. The national media has been a part of the public’s misconception about the independence of the judiciary. Whenever a hot button case that has political connotations is assigned to a Federal judge, the media always makes a big deal that it was assigned to a Trump apponted or an Obama appointed judge. This just leads to the public’s perception that judicials decisions are based upon politics rather than upon the law. This perception bleeds down to the state and county levels as well.

    1. In the case of mis-handled documents, it was getting pretty obvious who appointed the judge makes a big difference.

  2. Loretta Rush violates the state constitution every time she rules on an original action herself, in contravention of requiring of a quorum for the court to act in any judicial capacity.
