    1. I mean, fundamentally you’re right. A C-minus is a better grade than a D. And the Wall Street Journal is so much better than the New York Times.

Gannett newspapers like Indy Star are basically just clowncars. How much longer will the Indy Star need its luxurious space on one floor of the old Nordstrom? Isn’t it about time it operates out of a recently vacated Jiffy Lube?

But the IBJ is far more compromised than it was even three years ago. And its continued choice to use WaPo and Associated Press as its syndicates should arouse suspicion. I mean, in the interest of balance, why not use their counterparts as well–Breitbart and the Daily Caller?

Cue the inevitable “You mean to put the Washington Post on the same level as Breitbart?!” Well, yes. Both are hyperpartisan ragebait. D-grade journalism. But in a field rife with Fs and basically no As or Bs (at least among the mainstream), D-grade becomes the new median. And explains the polarized state of the world far better than a sage like Doctuh Anthony Fauci or Eland Musk ever could.

    2. Lauren, you should seriously consider starting a right-wing talk show. Do you happen to be one of the former hosts of the “Chicks on the Right” show WIBC used to air? All of your talking points match what they used to say. I will give you credit though. You’re very articulate for a MAGA person.

    3. Agreed completely Lauren.

The WSJ still has informative content and has maintained
      journalistic standards.
