Pay-to-play idea falling flat in Franklin Township

January 12, 2010

The Franklin Township school district has hit a nerve in the struggle to cut the school budget by about $7 million. The budget plan also includes closing a few schools and housing all kindergarten students under one roof. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
