Pay-to-play idea falling flat in Franklin Township

The Franklin Township school district has hit a nerve in the struggle to cut the school budget by about $7 million. The
township is looking at the option of making middle-school and high-school athletes pay a participation fee to play sports.

closing a few schools and housing all kindergarten students under one roof. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
