I am a probably [columnist Morton Marcus’] biggest fan in Indiana whom you never have met. I have listened to you speak

Loved your article on gambling in the [March 8] IBJ, and to think I always thought luck was “when preparation
met opportunity.”
I guess the preparation is when a Hoosier obtains money from his or her nest egg, and opportunity is when they walk onto
the riverboat.
