A top-ranked senior at Greenwood High School is asking a federal judge to stop a graduation prayer that the senior class
voted to approve in September. The lawsuit by 18-year-old Eric Workman says the prayer and the vote unconstitutionally subject
religious practice to majority rule and violate the First Amendment. The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana filed suit
Thursday on behalf of Workman in federal court in Indianapolis. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
