An Indianapolis man was arrested Thursday afternoon after authorities said he impersonated a police officer during funeral ceremonies for officer Rod Bradway. Minh V. Nguyen, 38, was taken into custody just before a procession of police vehicles left downtown. Detectives noticed Nguyen standing in a full police uniform armed with two guns. However, the patch on his uniform was a generic emblem. Nguyen also had a Dodge Charger resembling those driven by undercover officers.
