  1. I attended ITT Tech in Tarentum, PA and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Computer Networking Systems. I have over $45,000 in Federal Student Loans because I was expecting to get a job after I graduated in the 2012. With all the claims that were made by their website, commercials and ther school itself saying that I would be prepared to get a good paying job from employers who were looking for the skills that I made through their curriculum. I not only found out that even though I had an A- to B+ average, the school couldn’t find a job fir me anywhere. When I tried to find a job on my own, every company I sent my resume to, responded with our company requires a Bachelor’s Degree. I was not able to get employment anywhere I looked for over a year. In the fall of 2013, my MS flared up and put me on disability. I haven’t worked since. I haven’t made a payment on my Federal Loans since 2014 because after my living expenses, there was nothing left to do so. I saw that the suit didn’t include Federal Loans, but I have to ask, what are my options? I tried going through one if these services that was supposed to close out my loans, but all they did was consolidate my loans and didn’t get them closed out. I spent over $1,500 with the promise that my loans worked be forgiven. I don’t have that kind of money to spend going forward. I’m currently on SSDI and Medicare with Medicare Assistance Insurance. My father helps me with monthly expenses, which keeps me from living in squalor.

What options are out there to help me get these loans off of my credit report?

    Thank you,
    David Magaw
