The Indianapolis-based promotional products arm of Marc USA has been acquired for an undisclosed price by Evigna, a similar company headquartered in the Detroit suburb of Madison Heights.
Evigna is owned by CITG Promotions LLC. Marc USA is based in Pittsburgh.
Marc Promotions, which has an office near Eagle Creek Park and another in Columbus, Ohio, has 20 employees. It will operate under the Evigna name and most employees will remain.
Evigna said today that the deal will allow it to expand its Indiana presence beyond the existing sales office and add health care and manufacturing customers.
Evigna generated $69 million in North American promotional product revenue last year.
