    1. It *is* close to zero if you source the electrical generating power from renewables – instead of the >50% derived from cola-burning plants in Indiana. See related story on Duke’s foot-dragging in this regard.

  1. As the USA turns toward electric vehicles with car manufacturers advertising all these new vehicles powered by electric. I’m wondering when we will start seeing charging stations. I’ve seen one. So what happens when all these buyers start buying the new technology? What about home charging ports? What is the cost to modify a person’s home? How much of a drain will it put on electrical grids across the nation when the multitudes of people start buying them. Where do you charge up when you are 300 miles from home and about out of power? When should we expect to see changes?

    1. Charlie P. ~ He’s not really interest in knowing the answers. He only wants to plant seeds of doubt about the viability of going electric. It’s the oldest trick in the political playbook.

  2. Now we just need to get standards for pickup trucks. Or if not, then the state needs to tax them at a commercial rate, just so people realize. that there is a cost to driving a pickup truck like it is a passenger vehicle.

  3. “Biden Boosts standards” indeed. That idiot couldn’t check the oil in anything on the road and here he is, making pronouncements of this nature, as if he has knowledge of anything….well, anything beyond what his one-world, USA-hating globalist handlers and financiers tell him to say on a given day.

    1. Bob P. ~ Surely there is an Anger Management group somewhere close to you that could be helpful. You could even ask Trump to go along with you.

    2. Bob, Google is your friend, not Fox News. You can find some really interesting articles about EV tech and how easy it’s going to be to upgrade our electrical grid to handle these vehicles. There’s some major disconnect on this topic going on but the EV wave is already started. I love my twin turbo BMW, 6-speed, I’m an enthusiast and will always be. Don’t drive an EV because it will change you. My fiancé drives a Chevy Volt. It’s literally the perfect city car. Chevy really did us dirty when stopped production of that model, and created the battery exploding Bolt model.
