Yet again, why anyone takes Republicans seriously about the deficit, I’ll never understand.
right it was the republicans fault. democrats didn’t have anything to do with it. you are delusional. keep playing your politics while both sides rob us blind. until you R’s and D’s figure this out we are screwed. keep fighting while all of them laugh at us in private.
Republicans can be considered serious about the deficit as soon as they’re willing to pair tax increases with spending cuts.
The solution is simple – STOP CUTTING REVENUE. Stop tax cuts. Stop defunding the IRS. Heck, stop slashing the revenue generating National Park Service.
