The Tucker name will be gone in less than 10 years.
Business, like life, boils down to survival of the fittest. It’s one aspect of capitalism that has always existed, and always will.
I think it’s a great move. Keeps this company out Wall Street hands, more firepower to fight Zillow and good move for the future. I look forward to many more years with FC Tucker/Hanna.
Having lived in 2 markets they operate in, this is not good news for anyone that needs to buy or sell a house.
