Indianapolis-based Flaherty & Collins Properties late last month launched a socially distant groundbreaking for Ascent at Top of the Hill, an $80 million mixed-use project in the Cleveland suburb of Cleveland Heights.

The project will consist of 261 apartments, 11,000 square feet of commercial space and a 500-space parking garage.

The project, which is being built on four acres, is expected to wrap up in the spring of 2022.

The project devotes a quarter-acre to green space, which might be used for recreation and public art.•
