  1. A survey, in this case, is designed to elicit support for the voucher program. No surprise there. But, unless or until all private schools are willing to adhere to ALL of the (federal, state, etc.) regulations that traditional public schools are required to follow, then, no, you are not entitled to the funding. Additionally, it’s no secret that, by and large, private schools rely – almost entirely – on using the resources of the neighboring public school(s) for supporting students with special needs. And if you’re wealthy enough to live comfortably, it’s on you — not the state — to pay for your children’s private education. Sadly, this issue is about a lot of other things that doesn’t have anything to do with “education”.

    1. I was contacted for this “survey.” It was a push poll–plainly and simply. Heavily-weighted questions to elicit the answers they wanted.

  2. IPS spends more money pure student than almost every other school district in Indiana. Are these students getting their moneys worth? Graduation Rates? College Attendance Rates? So Sad.
