  1. It’s easy to get quotes from disgruntled NIMBYs (or in this case not-in-my-cornfields)… but they are the minority.

    I chose to move to Lebanon last year. My quality of life will be significantly improved by continued development. This town was dying, but it’s starting to look alive again with new investment showing up all around town. These new investments are a sign that the prior decades – this era of a lazier Lebanon – might be ending. Lebanon almost completely missed out on the last decade of explosive growth in the US and Central Indiana. Lebanon has added ~7100 residents since 1960… and Whitestown did that in the last decade alone.

    1. Do you think the growth has to do with laziness/lack thereof, or simple geography, as suburbanization pushes away from the center?
