  1. I hope there is a REAL plan in place to maintain this space and ensure that it doesn’t become yet another multi-million dollar encampment for the homeless like the plaza at the CCB.

      Yes it’s open to the public bu it should be with restrictions
      No gang activity or anything unruly to interrupt the public
