During my time teaching at IUPUI there was never once a time where rubbing, massaging, or touching the thighs of ANY student was ever called for [Former dentistry clinic director sues IU over firing, Feb. 26 IBJ.com].
In all instances as an instructor, those actions would have always been considered inappropriate, at the very least.
If these actions were not sexual in nature, as he suggests, why was he not also massaging and touching the thighs of the male students?
IUPUI has a right to a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment.
