As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowSterling, Virginia-based IT service provider Innolance Inc. plans to open an office in Fishers that will employ as many as 31 workers by the end of 2020, the company announced Wednesday.
The office, the company’s first in the Midwest, will be housed at Launch Fishers, which opened a 56,000-square-foot co-working space at 12175 Visionary Way on March 7.
Innolance said it would invest almost more than $300,000 to open the new office.
The company, which has 50 employees in Virginia, said it needed a Midwest office to keep up with demand from clients in the region. The Fishers office will be used as a base for product design, development and maintenance operations.
Innolance describes itself as an end-to-end web and mobile product development firm that works with clients of all sizes, including National Geographic and Rosetta Stone.
The company is already hiring developers, project managers and interface experts. Wages for the positions are expected to be nearly double the state’s average of about $45,000 per year.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered Innolance up to $415,000 in tax credits that hinge on the company’s ability to meet job-creation goals.
