The Fashion Mall at Keystone announced Tuesday that it will welcome two new retailers while two existing tenants will expand their presence at the north-side shopping center.

Fabletics, the women’s sportswear and accessories line designed by actress Kate Hudson, and Kiehl’s, a luxury skin, hair, and body care brand, are both set to open stores in the spring.

In addition, White House Black Market plans to move to a larger storefront near Pottery Barn, in the former Apple space. And Lush will expand into the current White House Black Market space, adjacent to its current location.

Los Angeles-based Fabletics has 18 locations nationwide. The Fashion Mall location will be its first in Indiana.

New York City-based Kiehl’s, which started as a pharmacy in 1851, is owned by French beauty company L'Oreal. It has about 250 stores nationally, but no free-standing stores in the Indianapolis area. It does sell its cosmetics locally through other retailers, including Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue and Von Maur.

British-based Lush has more than 700 locations and White House Black Market, based in Fort Myers, Florida, has roughly 450.

The arrivals and expansions follow several additions to the mall’s lineup. They include Which Wich, Allen Edmonds, Diamond Nails, Kendra Scott, Vineyard Vines, Eva Maison, and Noodles & Co., which opened in the food court Jan. 30.

The Fashion Mall is owned by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc. At 701,000 square feet, it’s the Indianapolis-area’s seventh-largest shopping center, according to IBJ statistics.
