morris-greg-commentary-2018.jpgAt a July 25 event at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, IBJ revealed our Fast 25—Indianapolis’ fastest-growing privately held companies, as measured by revenue from fiscal 2015 to 2017.

Twenty-five companies—with growth ranging from 60 percent to 1,284 percent—are featured in the supplement in this week’s IBJ. This recognition program and event was presented exclusively by Taft and Ginovus.

Business owners, key executives and community leaders regularly come together at IBJ events to network, hear experts in their fields, and recognize businesses and individuals who help our community as a whole.

CTO of the Year, in partnership with TechPoint, Aug. 23 at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. The CTO of the Year awards honors those in top information technology positions within their organizations. Three finalists, including a top honoree, are recognized in five business categories.

Commercial Real Estate and Construction—IBJ Power Breakfast Series, Sept. 12 at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. A panel of six industry experts will participate in a roundtable discussion led by IBJ Editor Greg Andrews.

Health Care & Benefits—IBJ Power Breakfast Series, Sept. 28 at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. A panel of six experts will participate in a discussion led by IBJ health care reporter John Russell.

Aerospace & Defense in Indiana, presented in partnership with Indiana Economic Development Corp., Oct. 4 at the Westin Indianapolis. The keynote speaker will be Eric Fanning, president and CEO of the Aerospace Industries Association. In addition to other featured speakers, Gov. Eric Holcomb is expected to participate.

Hunger and Health—Time for Creative Intervention, presented in partnership with Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, Oct. 10 at the JW Marriott. This event convenes bright minds and dedicated community leaders to discuss the urgency of hunger and related health concerns.

Women of Influence, Nov. 9 at the Indiana Roof Ballroom. IBJ will spotlight successful businesswomen while revealing the triumphs and challenges that have shaped their careers. Jennifer Rumsey, vice president and chief technology officer of Cummins Inc., will be keynote speaker.

Economic Forecast 2019, presented in partnership with Fifth Third Bank, Nov. 15 at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. Fifth Third Chief Investment Strategist Jeff Korzenik will present the latest on financial markets and the economy.

CFO of the Year, Dec. 7 at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. The CFO of the Year awards honor 15 outstanding Indiana financial executives in five business categories. There’s still time to nominate a CFO before the Sept. 21 deadline.

Engage Indiana—Business as a Force for Good, presented in partnership with the Indiana Economic Development Corp., Dec. 14, at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. This event will convene C-suite executives and community leaders to discuss how companies can take an active role in shaping the future of our state. Purdue Unviersity President Mitch Daniels will make the keynote speech, followed by a panel discussion.
