  1. This is neither fair nor just. It is the result of for profit health care. Talk of turning rural areas of Indiana around is simply that…talk.
    Rural areas lacking quality health care and K-12 education simply will not survive.
    The financial incentives for qualified medical people to relocate to rural areas are appealing, but without stronger educational opportunities for their children, they will not likely make the move.
