Great Decision! – I just drove a Chinese BYD hybrid last week in the UK and got 60mpg in a mid-size SUV. The real irony here is who is he afraid of? The congressional districts have nothing to do with the state senate or house districts, they remain the same. Apparently he’s confused and contrived by both his Dem and GOP constituents, and doesn’t want to face either side with his vote on the redistricting.
