‘Looks like he did a good job. God Speed.
Did a great job, thank you. Hope the new leader keeps the folks underneath him who did the behind the scenes work.
We will miss him. He did a fantastic job for our state! Enjoy retirement!
This is a tremendous loss. Huge shoes to fill.
If Holcomb were a conservative, he would shut down this crony corporatist entity. But alas, he won’t even end the stupid mask mandate. At least this guy Schellinger didn’t hide he was a Democrat.
It doesn’t matter if they are Dem or Rep or Lib…if he/she brings well paying jobs to Indiana rather than another state, more power to them!!! 🙂
So move to libertarian paradise, Eric. Texas. Whoops, lack of regulations didn’t work out so well for them a couple of weeks ago, did it?
Chris, you don’t make any sense. Texas was just hit by a 100-year (or even more!) event and you blame libertarian-ism for the resulting hardships? Dumb.
John T., so “government” brings jobs? Isn’t what in the end this entity offers is lower taxes to the beneficiary companies? Wouldn’t everyone in Indiana be better off if we all had taxes as low as these companies end up getting? Doesn’t this mean “low tax” Indiana is actually not? Tons of peer reviewed studies out there showing incentives really don’t make much of a difference, including by fellow Hoosiers at Ball State, and job training grants are often a farce.
