  1. Good luck getting qualified people who want to work on any of these commissioner boards anymore then. If they know they could be fired with the change of presidency every 4 years then why take that job.

  2. Its amazing how this Supreme Court has single handidly destroyed the legal principle of stare decisis (legal precedent), which has been the foundation of the US legal system for centuries. Rather than being solid and predictable, court decisions can now blow with the wind depending upon the courts politics.

  3. SCOTUS has lost its way and now bows to Trump and hands him anything he wants. The checks and balances in the constitution have been wiped clean by Trump and his crooked court. Hope Thomas is enjoying the motor home he was “loaned”.
