If you’re angry about unfair treatment at work, and don’t let it out, you’re much more likely to have
a heart attack, a new study shows.
The study of men by Stockholm University’s Stress Research Institute showed the likelihood of a heart attack rising two- to five-fold. The results were similar for men who dealt with their feelings covertly—without acting out.
Men who yelled or got their frustration out in another active way fared better.
Make sense to you? How do you react when you feel you’ve been treated unfairly?
