The Indiana Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and Tax Court have signed a letter of intent to move their offices to space formerly occupied by Eli Lilly & Co. at 30 S. Meridian. They're leaving National City Center. The courts plan to take 71,000 square feet, said Kite Realty Group Chief Operating Officer Tom McGowan. Kite owns 30 S. Meridian.
